I didn't set out to build an electrolyte brand.

I just needed one that worked.

How this started.

Hi, I'm Chase. A few years ago I started saunaing seriously. Four times a week, 30-minute sessions, all part of a health protocol I'd built after going down the Huberman rabbit hole.

Within a month, I started cramping at night. Feeling drained the next morning. Hitting walls in my sauna sessions where I'd want to bail at 8 minutes. I knew it was hydration, but every electrolyte I tried like LMNT or Liquid IV were all built for the gym, not the sauna.

So I started reading. The 2016 Maughan study on beverage hydration index. The KIHD sauna mortality research from Finland. The sweat sodium concentration papers. Every piece of evidence said the same thing: sauna sweat has a different physiology than athletic sweat, and the products on the shelf weren't calibrated for it.

I worked with a contract manufacturer in the US to build one that was. Four ingredients. The right ratios. No mystery blends, just what the heat actually depletes in the doses research says you need.

We use cGMP-certified facilities, third-party heavy metals testing, and clean ingredients. But we won't charge you $80 because we put "wellness" in the marketing copy.

How we make it.

Every batch of Sauna Method is:

• Manufactured in an FDA-registered, cGMP-certified facility in the United States
• Tested for heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury) below California Prop 65 thresholds
• Tested for microbiological safety per USP standards
• Verified for mineral content uniformity across multiple sampling points
• Delivered with a Certificate of Analysis available on request
