Electrolytes and accessories: 30-day money-back guarantee

Every Sauna Method consumable and accessory, including Pre-Sauna Electrolytes, is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason within 30 days of delivery, email chase@drinksaunamethod.com and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Saunas: built to order, final sale

Our saunas are built to order in Canada and shipped factory-direct to your home. Because each sauna is manufactured specifically for your order, all sauna sales are final and saunas cannot be returned. This is the industry standard for built-to-order saunas.

Instead of returns, here is how we take care of you:

• Damaged or missing parts: accept the delivery, write "possible hidden damage" on the driver's delivery receipt, photograph the crate and any damage, and email chase@drinksaunamethod.com within 48 hours. We file the claim for you and free replacement parts ship out, typically within days.
• Warranty: every sauna includes a 5-year manufacturer warranty. One email to us starts any warranty claim.

Sauna order changes

• Need to change your configuration or delivery details? Email us as early as possible. The manufacturer charges $350 for changes made after an order has been in production for 14 days, or within 7 days of shipping.
• Address changes after your sauna leaves the factory: $350.
• If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed and the sauna must be stored: $35 per day.

Subscriptions

Electrolyte subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or canceled anytime from your account or by emailing us.
