The math behind the cadence.

One tub of Sauna Method contains 30 servings. At the recommended use of one serving per sauna session, and the typical sauna routine of four sessions per week, that's about 60 days per tub.

So we ship every 60 days. Not every 30 days like most subscription brands — that would over-ship and overcharge you. Not every 90 days — that risks you running out before the next shipment.

Subscribers save 15% off retail on every shipment + free shipping forever. No price increases. No surprise fees.

Managing your subscription.

Pause your subscription

Going on vacation? Saunaing less this month? Pause your subscription for up to 90 days from your customer account. Log in, click your subscription, click "Pause." Your next shipment gets pushed back. No charges during the pause.

Skip a shipment

If you have a tub left over from last cycle, skip the next shipment with one click. We won't charge you. The shipment after will go out as scheduled.

Change your shipping address

Moving? Update your address in your account before your next renewal date. Changes take effect immediately.

Add an extra tub

Need an extra tub between shipments? Order a one-time tub from your account — it doesn't affect your subscription cadence.

Cancel anytime

No phone calls. No retention agents. No cancellation fees. Log in, click "Cancel subscription," done. We'll send a confirmation email. You can resubscribe later if you change your mind — your founders pricing is locked.

Common questions.

When am I charged?

Your card is charged when each shipment leaves our warehouse — every 60 days from your first order. You'll get an email reminder 3 days before each charge.

When does my shipment arrive?

Subscribers get free 3-5 business day shipping (USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority depending on zone). You'll get a tracking email when your shipment leaves the warehouse.

Will my price ever change?

Your founders pricing locks in on your first order. Future shipments are at the Subscribe & Save rate ($40.80 with free shipping). We will never raise your subscription price without 30 days notice via email.

What if my product doesn't arrive?

Email us at shop@drinksaunamethod.com with your order number. We'll either reship at no cost or refund the full purchase price — your call.

Can I change to a different flavor when more launch?

Yes. When we add new flavors (Citrus Salt, Berry Coming Soon™), you'll be able to swap your subscription flavor from your account with one click. Same price, same cadence.

Can I gift a subscription?

Not yet, but it's on the roadmap. For now, you can buy a one-time tub as a gift and ship it to a different address.
