Shipping & Returns

This page covers how shipping works at Sauna Method, what to do if a package goes missing, and our return and refund policy. We try to keep it short and direct. If you have a question that isn't answered here, email chase@drinksaunamethod.com — every message goes to the founder.
Where we ship
Sauna Method currently ships within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not yet ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories, or international destinations. We're working on it. If you're outside the US and want updates when we expand, sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of any page.

Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination address. Alaska and Hawaii orders may be subject to a small surcharge if the package weight exceeds standard rate brackets — this will be shown at checkout before you confirm.
Processing time
Stock orders. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays ship the next business day. You'll receive a tracking email the day your package leaves our fulfillment partner.
Pre-orders. Sauna Method's first manufacturing run is being produced as a pre-order. If you're placing a pre-order, the estimated ship window is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. The current expected ship window is updated weekly through email. Pre-orders are charged at checkout and ship as soon as the manufacturing run is complete and inspected.
If we hit a delay that pushes your ship window back by more than 14 days, we will email you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Tracking your order
You'll receive two emails per shipment:

Shipped — sent the day your package leaves our fulfillment partner, with USPS tracking number.

Delivered — sent automatically when USPS marks the package delivered.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to populate after a label is created. If your tracking number isn't showing movement after 48 hours, email us and we'll look into it.
Lost, missing, or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but you can't find it:

Check around your front door, side gate, garage, mailbox, and with neighbors. USPS occasionally delivers to the wrong house and corrects within a day.

If it doesn't turn up after 48 hours, email chase@drinksaunamethod.com with your order number.

We'll either resend the order at our cost or refund you in full, your choice.
If your package arrives damaged:

Take photos of the damaged box and product before unpacking further.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with the photos and your order number.

We'll replace the damaged items at no cost, or refund the affected portion of your order.
We don't ask you to file claims with USPS yourself. That's our job.
Returns and refunds
We want you to like Sauna Method. We also operate under FDA rules for dietary supplements, which limit what we can do with returned product.
30-day money-back guarantee on unopened product. If you change your mind for any reason, return any unopened pouch within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full purchase price minus original shipping. Email us first for return instructions — please don't ship anything back without contacting us, because we use a third-party fulfillment partner and packages mailed to the wrong address can't be tracked or refunded.
Opened product is non-returnable. Once a pouch is opened, FDA regulations and our quality assurance protocols prevent us from accepting it back for resale. If you've tried Method and it didn't work for you, email us anyway — we read every message and we'll do something to make it right. That might be a refund, store credit, or just an honest conversation about what didn't land. We'd rather hear from you than not.
Subscription orders. You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us. There are no fees for canceling. If a subscription order has already shipped before you cancel, the standard return policy applies (30-day return on unopened product).
How to start a return

Email chase@drinksaunamethod.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.

We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid return label (we cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect orders; for buyer's-remorse returns, customer covers return shipping).

Once we receive the return and verify the product is unopened, we'll process the refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email us immediately with the new address. We can usually catch the order before it ships if you reach us within 12 hours. After the order ships, we can't change the address — you'll need to either reroute the package through USPS Informed Delivery or wait for it to be returned and refunded.
