Every sauna we sell is handcrafted to order in Canada by LeisureCraft and delivered to your home by freight. Here is exactly how it works, in plain English, so there are no surprises.
Built to order
Your sauna is built for you, not pulled from a warehouse. The product page shows the current estimated build date before you purchase, and we confirm your build date after your order is placed. Delivery is typically 1 to 3 weeks after your sauna ships from the factory.
Delivery included
Curbside freight delivery within the continental US is included in your price, including the residential delivery appointment. The trucking company calls you to schedule a delivery window before arriving.

What curbside delivery means
Sauna crates are large: 6 to 14 feet long and 800 to 1,600 pounds depending on the model. The truck brings your crate to the end of your driveway or curbside. The driver does not unload it, and delivery trucks cannot back into driveways.
- Crates under 84 inches may arrive on a liftgate truck, which lowers the crate to the ground.
- Crates over 84 inches cannot ship with a liftgate. Plan for a forklift or equipment, a crew of helpers to unload piece by piece, or pick up your crate at the local freight terminal.
- If none of those work, a tilt-tow delivery service is available for $1,450. Contact us before ordering and we will arrange it.
- Please confirm a full-size truck can reach and turn around on your road.

If your crate arrives damaged
- Accept the delivery. Do not refuse the shipment.
- Photograph the damage from several angles.
- Write "crate arrived damaged, possible hidden damage" on the driver's delivery receipt (the Bill of Lading).
- Email your photos to chase@drinksaunamethod.com within 48 hours and we file the claim for you.
Damaged or missing components are replaced by the manufacturer at no cost, and replacement parts typically ship within days. All claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Changes and cancellations
Because every sauna is built to order, all sauna sales are final and cannot be returned. The manufacturer applies the following fees, which we pass through at cost:
