Sauna Method started inside the sauna: we make the electrolytes serious sauna users drink before every session. We added saunas to the store the only way we would accept: a small, deliberate collection, handcrafted to order in an Ontario, Canada workshop from Eastern White Cedar, and only models we would put in our own backyards. We are in the heat every day, we answer our own phones, and when your sauna needs anything after delivery, one email to us handles it.

Sauna questions, honest answers

How long until it's in my backyard?

Orders placed today are currently scheduled to build around mid-October. After your sauna ships, freight delivery typically takes 1 to 3 weeks. We confirm your build date right after you order and send tracking as soon as it ships.

Can I really afford this?

Shop Pay Installments splits any package into monthly payments, with rates from 0% APR for qualified buyers. You see your exact monthly number at checkout before paying anything. For most packages that turns a sauna into a monthly cost closer to a gym membership than a renovation.

Do I need an electrician?

For an electric heater, yes: heaters run on a 240V circuit and must be wired by a licensed electrician to local code. If you'd rather skip wiring entirely, the wood-burning option needs no electrical connection at all.

Can I assemble it myself?

Yes, that's the design. It arrives as a complete kit with pre-cut, pre-drilled components. Two people and basic tools over a weekend is the normal experience, and step-by-step assembly videos cover the entire build.

What about delivery and unloading?

Curbside freight delivery is included, and the carrier calls ahead to schedule. The crate is large and heavy, and unloading it is the customer's responsibility: a few helpers or simple equipment is the normal route, and a tilt-tow unloading service is available for $1,450 if you want it fully handled. What if something arrives damaged?

Accept the delivery, photograph the damage, note it on the driver's paperwork, and email us within 48 hours. Damaged or missing components are replaced at no cost, and replacement parts typically ship within days. We file and manage the whole claim for you.

Can I return it?

Because every sauna is built to order for you, sauna sales are final. Damage and missing parts are covered by the replacement process above, and the 5-year factory warranty covers the product long-term.
